Parque dos Sabores - Produtos Locais e Regionais

Parque dos Sabores is an artisanal production unit located in Torres Novas, dedicated to the transformation and commercialization of traditional food products from the region, with special emphasis on dried figs from Torres Novas. Its production is carried out in the village of Alqueidão, situated at the foot of Serra D'Aire. Among the products offered, artisanal jams, chutneys, jellies and marmalades stand out, made with local and national raw materials. Their most emblematic products are Sweet Black Figs with Nuts, Dried Black Figs T. Novas (Gold Medal), white fig sweets, made from three local varieties — Pingo de Mel, Lanjal and Princesa —, which won the "Best of the Best" prize in the 13th National Competition of Fruit Sweets, and also Dried Black Figs in Syrup - also distinguished with the Best of the Best prize.

Parque dos Sabores also has a store in the historic center of Torres Novas, on 1st of December Street, nº 26, where it is possible to purchase their products and, in addition to these, get to know local production better, being able to find everything from award-winning Artisanal Liqueurs, to fig spirits, cookies, cheeses and sausages, wines, cookies, and a huge variety of other 100% Portuguese products for your daily life.
