Presented in a workshop format, this event offers a lively exchange of traditions, customs, and cultural practices, highlighting both the shared elements and the richness of the diversity reflected in the costumes, songs, and dances of the participating folk groups.

The initiative showcases the unique cultural identity of each group, promoting the region’s intangible cultural heritage, encouraging interaction between participants, and fostering the transmission of traditions to younger generations.

Taking part in this edition are Rancho Folclórico “Os Camponeses” de Riachos, Rancho Folclórico de Torres Novas, Rancho Folclórico e Etnográfico do Casal Sentista, Rancho Folclórico e Recreativo “Os Ceifeiros” de Liteiras, and Rancho da Sociedade Musical União e Trabalho de Lapas.

This event is part of the VOLver collaborative cultural programme.

Free admission, subject to ticket collection at Teatro Virgínia.
