Free Zumba Class – “Heart Month”

The Municipality of Torres Novas will host, on May 16th, at Praça dos Claras, the fifth edition of a free Zumba event open to the public, marking “Heart Month” and highlighting the importance of physical activity. The initiative also promotes some of the activities available at the Turrisestúdio of the Piscinas Municipais Fernando Cunha, namely Zumba and Dance.

Starting at 10:00 a.m. and with an expected duration of approximately two hours, the session will be led by instructors Carla Cambé (ZIN) and Rute Alves, with guest instructors Guilherme Sousa, Duarte Nuno (ZIN instructors from Torres Novas), Fátima Nascimento, Rita Matos and Tatiana Mena (ZIN instructors from Tomar). The event will also feature the participation of the “Dance Kids” group from Turrisestúdio.
