Carolina de Deus is a singer and songwriter born in Lisbon. Self-taught on the piano, she took her first steps in music at the age of 18 by participating in the television talent show La Banda (RTP), where she became a finalist.
Her influences range from Amy Winehouse and The Beatles to Bárbara Tinoco, Jorge Palma, and António Zambujo.
In 2021, she joined Primeira Linha and, in 2022, released her debut single “Talvez…”, followed by “Querido Futuro Namorado”, co-written with Zé Manel.
That same year, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in the Breakthrough Artist category and became the most searched Portuguese artist on Shazam.
In 2023, she released the album “Dores de Crescimento”, featuring successful tracks such as “Seria Estúpido Ligar-Te” and “Dores de Crescimento” (feat. António Zambujo), and performed on major stages including Teatro Maria Matos and Teatro Sá da Bandeira.
In 2024, she released “Modo Auto-Piloto”, recorded duets with Rodrigo Alarcón, Nena, and Ricardo Liz Almeida, and reached a career milestone with a sold-out concert at the Coliseu dos Recreios.
In 2025, she released “Depois do Pecado”, “Amor Borderline (Doutor)” and “Dava a Volta ao Mundo” with S. Pedro.
