The project “Soloists of the Alma Mater Orchestra – Commented Concerts” offers an innovative approach to chamber music, combining interpretative excellence with a strong educational dimension.

Under the artistic direction of conductor João Baptista Branco, it brings together experienced soloists in a cohesive and familiar artistic environment. The repertoire includes works by Borodin, Mozart, Shostakovich, and Schubert, balancing tradition and innovation within the classical string quartet format. The performances are accompanied by commentary, providing context for the works and actively engaging the audience in their understanding, experience, and interpretation.
