In a peripheral neighbourhood where rural and urban worlds meet, the houses of the first migrants who arrived in the post-war period coexist with the new blocks of a commuter town, where the most recent wave of migration is concentrated. This humble corner has now become a true global village. Stories from Vale Bom is a mosaic of constructions, social, generational and identity conflicts, as well as urban and ecological tensions, but also a calm and humanistic взгляд on the contemporary world.
