Carolina is a collector.

While others sleep and dream and let their imagination run free, she spins and twirls, she goes round and round, she hunts for and keeps what is most beautiful and important—what so often escapes us.

Carolina is a collector of dreams.

She likes lines, because every line is a path: to the sea, to the forest, to mermaids and spiders, to peacocks and an Inuit cook. And she also likes lines because they can touch at their ends and spin, spin, spin.

“Roda-Viva (The Girl and the Circle)” is a performance that brings together circus, dance, drawing, and music. A journey through the realms of dreams and imagination.

Alongside the performance, we created a book, born from the life of Carolina, the girl who loves to spin.
