The Marketplace enables local sellers to sell their products through our platform, helping to promote trade in our town.
• Be a Company or Sole Trader: To register as a seller, you must be a legally constituted entity or a sole trader with an active business.
• Ship directly to the end customer: Sellers are responsible for shipping their products directly to consumers.
• Bill the customer directly: Each seller must issue invoices directly to customers for purchases made on the platform.
• Ensure quality service: Excellence in customer service and satisfaction are essential. Sellers are expected to meet deadlines and guarantee quality products.
• Put the customer first: Always put the customer first, with personalised service and attention to their needs.
• Develop a long-term partnership: By joining the Marketplace, sellers become part of a community that values and promotes local commerce, with the aim of creating a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.

Subscription is free during the term of the ‘Digital Neighbourhoods’ programme. We do not charge commission on sales.
You can sell a wide variety of products, from handicrafts to food, as long as they comply with Marketplace guidelines and applicable legislation.
As a Seller, you have up to 24 hours to accept or decline an order after payment.
The Seller is responsible for shipping orders.
Shipping costs and methods are the responsibility of the Seller.
Os clientes têm à sua disposição a possibilidade de efetuar o pagamento das encomendas diretamente aos comerciantes.
Esta solução, irá possibilitar o pagamento das encomendas, através de uma transferência direta aos lojistas, por um dos seguintes meios:
- MB WAY (contacto telefónico disponibilizado pelo comerciante)
- Transferência bancária direta (via IBAN)
- SPIN (nova ferramenta de pagamento disponibilizada pelo Banco de Portugal)
No momento da disponibilização dos dados para pagamento, no processo de checkout da encomenda, é disponibilizada uma referência que deve ser introduzida, no(s) comprovativo(s) do(s) método(s) utilizado(s), de forma a facilitar a conferência por parte do comerciante.
É também permitida a compra de produtos com o pagamento a ser efetuado em loja física, diretamente ao(s) comerciante(s).

Consumers must bear the costs of returning products that are not non-compliant. Please refer to the return conditions on your seller page.
The warranty for Marketplace products is the responsibility of the sellers, who must comply with Portuguese law.
Sellers are obliged to guarantee what is stipulated by law for each type of product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, after confirmation by the seller that the returned product has been received.
